• KÉLESTA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
• The Offer is applicable only for a transaction that is successfully completed. A customer will not be eligible to receive the Discount under this Offer, if the transaction is cancelled, for any reason whatsoever, by the customer, or by the concerned Merchant.
• KÉLESTA reserves the right to disqualify any customer from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer or if any of the conditions of the Offer Terms are not met.
